In a pot combine sliced onions with a little olive oil and cook for approx. 5 minutes or until the onions are soft.

Add the beer, garlic powder, Worcestershire, black pepper to the pot and bring to a simmer.

Remove the brats from the pot and grill them for 5-10 minutes or until they are nicely browned.

Place the brat on a hot dog bun and top with the sliced banana pepper and onions from the pot. You can add your favorite mustard or ketchup if you choose.

If you follow some of my recipes you know I like sriracha, so why not on your brat!!

Grill + Brats + game-day = Yes.

Brats topped off with well seasoned seared onions and brought together delicately and in tasty fashion, with a warm soft bun. It's the perfect treat for any game-day, especially yours.
